The betting systems are rife with scamsters, charlatans and salesman who promise the world and fail to deliver. Internet fraudsters are raking in millions of pounds a year ripping off desperate and gullible punters with fake systems and promises.

Well it’s time to fight back and I am going to blow the lid on the tactics used to part punters from their hard earned cash on a daily basis.

Before I begin I would like to say that not everybody who sells betting systems falls into the above category. There are genuine sellers out there selling genuine systems. Some will even use some or all of the tactics shown below.

So how do you know which betting systems are genuine and which are not? Let’s take a look at the sales tactics used.

A) The Headline

Almost every sales page you visit will contain a headline which has been professionally written to instantly grab your attention and wet your appetite so to speak.

Most headlines will contain huge profit figures or outstanding strike rates.

The following are examples taken from actual websites:

- Introducing the system of the decade – £193,870 profit in 11 months using stakes of just £33, £50 and £100.

- I Make Over $12,000 A Week Betting on Sports. In Less Time Than It Takes For You To Eat Dinner, YOU, The Average Joe, Can Discover The Secrets Of My Sports Betting System And Catapult Yourself To Untold Winnings For Life!

The problem is that betting system sellers never explain the stakes required to make these profits or any proof that they are actually achievable.

If the betting system sellers actually believe they can guarantee profits then why is there a need to add the earnings disclaimer which is found on almost every sales page you will ever visit?

B) Fake Testimonials

Almost every sales page will contain testimonials from so called previous buyers saying how wonderful and profitable the system is. Once again don’t believe all you read. It amazes me how many times a brand new “never seen before” system hits the market yet has testimonials from previous buyers. Can you work that one out?

If you look carefully you can usually spot that all the testimonials have the same spelling and grammar mistakes. It almost appears like they have been written by the same person!

Another powerful tool for system sellers is cross promotion testimonials.

They basically get another betting system seller to write a positive testimonial for them and in return the testimonial contains a link to their own sales page in turn promoting their own betting system.

Do you really think they give a toss what they write? They are getting free advertising after all.

Would you believe me if I told you that many websites you will encounter are actually owned by the same person using a different name to sell each betting system?

This happens more often than you think and it makes sense to cross promote as described above.

C) False Accounting

The most unscrupulous tactic used by many system sellers in my opinion is false accounting. There are many ways of doing this and I will outline just some of them below.

1. A common tactic used by betting system sellers is to simply omit losing bets altogether. Instead they show a list of recent wining bets at decent odds.

2. Another tactic is to show a snap shot for a fantastic winning period. This is usually a full breakdown of results

over a very short period of time which includes screenshots of genuine betting accounts. Let me tell you

now that all systems have winning periods and system sellers use this to their advantage. I have been on websites which still use snapshots which are many years old. It’s long term profits that count and showing a very short winning period means nothing.

3. Too many system sellers forget to mention the staking plan used alongside the system they sell. How many times have you bought a betting system only to find you need a bank bigger than Barclays to operate it and achieve the profits they claim they make every week?

As a general rule of thumb, an impregnating sealer should be applied to all natural stone.

Removing a Stain:

While it is difficult to scratch the granite countertop surface, it can potentially stain if spills are not wiped up. Cooking oils and acidic substances such as wine, fruit juice, coffee, and soda can all cause the granite surface to stain if spills are not properly cleaned. Typically hot water works well for quick clean-ups. Dish soaps can be used to clean spills, but repeat use can dull the shine of the countertops and also cause build-up.

Home Remedies for Removing Stains:

Begin by mixing a cup of flour and 1-2 tablespoons of dishwashing liquid with water to make a thick paste. Spread the paste over the stained area of the granite countertop and cover with plastic wrap. Let the covered paste sit overnight on the stain. In the morning, scrape away the mixture with a wooden utensil and rinse the area off with water.

If the stain is oil based, use hydrogen peroxide in the paste in lieu of dishwashing liquid.

If the stain was caused by wine, ink, or other non-oil based products, you can mix molding plaster and pure bleach into a paste and spread over the affected area. Let the paste sit for about 30 minutes, then remove and rinse the area off with water.

Preventing Heat Damage:

Granite is known for its ability to withstand heat. Typically a hot pot or pan can be taken directly off the stove or from the oven and put onto the countertop. However, while very rare, it is possible for any granite surface to suffer “thermal shock” and crack. In order to prevent this from happening, place hot pads under pots and pans.

One thing that women seem to dislike about a lot of men is that, to them, men seem to be after one thing. And that one thing is sex.
